Mike has started making active steps toward maintaining a healthy weight. What I love about Mike’s journey is that he did this primarily through reducing his caloric intake by means of intermittent and long term fasting.
This really opened my eyes to the practical and real world effect fasting can have on the body. It’s really impressive that he was able to do this and I hope his story inspires you!
